The hospitality was terrific. We stayed during a Volleyball tournament. The staff were super friendly and treated even the youngest kids with great respect! I would definitely recommend this place for sports teams.
Nisha and Mykala were kind and easy to deal with. After driving for 10 hours it was a relief just being able to check in with no issues and get a good rest, rooms were relatively clean and quiet. Breakfast was OK too.
The staff was VERY nice. The breakfast was as good as I have had given the limited selection. I Would definitely stay here again.
Lady at the front desk, Harman was so nice. She was so polite and helpful at the check out time. Stayed there for my work trip .Rooms are good. Only thing I don’t like is pool.
We stayed at the hotel for two nights (room 108). Overall, it was not bad, but there are a few points worth mentioning. The sauna was out of service, even though I asked the staff to look into it. There were no tissues in the room, and the cleaning was not thorough: there was dust on the lamps above the beds and cobwebs in the corners. In addition, the light bulb in the bathroom was not working. I hope the management will pay attention to these details and improve the quality of service, as the hotel itself has good potential.
I had a great stay at Ramada Limited Merritt. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly, and the location is convenient. Check-in was easy and the service was good. I would recommend this hotel to other travelers.
Very clean, decent beds, and a fridge with an actual freezer. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hot tub looks extra clean, although I decided not to take the time. The breakfast was excellent with a few little extras like raw almonds. Overall, I highly recommend this stay.
The hotel itself is older. The furnishings are well used and things like missing tiles etc in the bathroom were noticed. BUT…the beds were uber comfy and it was spotless. The cooling system didn’t work great (we like to sleep in a cold space), and the microwave didn’t work. That however, didn’t stop us from having a pretty good stay. Service was excellent. The pool looked fun, although we didn’t partake. It would be a great place to stay with a young family on a budget.
